Do you want to work at a prime location on the water, with a varied role where you teach and assist with various water sports activities? Then this is your chance!
WingXperience specializes in the fastest-growing water sport: wingfoiling. Sailing school Sail-Today offers a wide range of water sports, including catamaran sailing, kiting, stand-up paddleboarding, and windsurfing. Both schools are located at Marina Muiderzand in Almere, right on the water.
We are looking for an enthusiastic all-round water sports employee to join our team and work 50% for WingXperience and 50% for Sail-Today.
Vacancy: Wingfoil Instructor & All-round Water Sports Employee (part-time or full-time)
Are you sporty, do you enjoy variety, and do you enjoy being outdoors? Do you want to help others experience the thrill of water sports? Then we have the perfect job for you!
What are you going to do?
At WingXperience (50%)
• Providing wingfoil lessons to beginners and advanced students.
• Safely and professionally guide students on the water.
• Taking care of the teaching materials and preparing lessons.
• Creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
At Sail-Today (50%)
• Working behind the bar: taking and serving orders (no service).
• Preparing for water sports activities: rigging catamarans, preparing SUPs and windsurfing equipment.
• Receive guests and assist them in preparing their equipment.
• Contribute to the maintenance and order on the site.
• Helping with the children's water sports weeks: guidance and support with activities on and around the water.
• With sufficient water sports experience: giving lessons in windsurfing, SUP or sailing.
What we ask of you:
• Athletic and enthusiastic about water sports. (Experience is a plus, but not required!)
• Willing to provide instruction as well as practical use of water sports equipment.
• Hospitable and social attitude.
• Flexible work attitude and willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Sense of responsibility and the courage to stand in front of groups.
• A positive mindset and love for water sports.

Internship at Watersports Center – Become an Assistant Wingfoiling & E-Foiling Instructor
Are you adventurous, eager to learn, and passionate about watersports? We're a growing watersports center focusing on the newest and most exciting watersports: wing foiling and e-foiling. With us, you'll have the unique opportunity to develop yourself, learn a new sport, and complete instructor training.
What do we offer you?
The chance to learn wing foiling and e-foiling under the guidance of our experts.
An (assistant) instructor training course that provides you with immediate practical experience.
The opportunity to obtain your boating license (self-study required).
A challenging internship in a dynamic and sporty team.
What are you going to do?
Assisting with surfing lessons for high school students.
Help organize and supervise our summer camps.
Actively contribute to a safe and enjoyable experience for our participants.
